At PA Kidsfest, our mission has always been to create an environment where families can come together, children can explore, and communities can thrive. None of this would be possible without the incredible support of our sponsors. Attraction Sponsors

Sponsor one of our exciting KidsFest attractions and showcase your business to hundreds of attendees! As an attraction sponsor, your business will be featured on a prominent 22×28 A-frame sign placed at the entrance of the attraction. This sign will include your logo, business name, and a personalized message or article highlighting your services. It’s a fantastic way to draw attention to your brand while supporting a fun and engaging experience for families. Let your sponsorship stand out as participants enjoy some of the most popular activities at the event!

Vendor Tables

Secure a vendor table at KidsFest and connect directly with hundreds of families in the community! As a vendor, you will be provided with a table and two chairs in a prime location at the event, giving you the perfect platform to showcase your products, services, or organization. Engage with attendees face-to-face, distribute promotional materials, and build lasting relationships. Whether you’re a local business, nonprofit, or entrepreneur, this is a great opportunity to increase brand visibility and make meaningful connections with potential customers.

PA Kidsfest Food Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in participating as a food vendor at PA Kidsfest! We are excited to offer a fun-filled day for families while providing essential resources to underserved children in our community. Please fill out the following application to be considered as a vendor at our upcoming event.

1. All food vendors must comply with local health department regulations.
2. Vendors are responsible for setup, teardown, and cleanup of their designated area.
3. PA Kidsfest is a rain-or-shine event.
4. Food vendors must arrive one hour before the event begins for setup.
5. PA Kidsfest does not charge an initial fee to food vendors. However, by agreeing to participate, you agree to donate 10% of your proceeds to PA Kidsfest within 30 days after the event.
6. Vendors must promote PA Kidsfest on their social media platforms prior to the event.
7. PA Kidsfest reserves the right to approve or deny vendor applications.
